Food Service Manager

Location: 1407 Victoria Rd, Revelstoke, British Columbia, V0E 2S0
Workplace information: On site (Requires onsite availability 24/7/365 in case of any emergency)
Salary: 36.60 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time: Early morning, Evening, Shift, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

On site:  Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities/Tasks
Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
Plan and organize daily operations
Set staff work schedules
Supervise staff
Cost products and services
Organize and maintain inventory
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Prepare food order summaries for chef
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Establish work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Prepare and submit reports
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Supervision
Food service counter attendants and food preparers
